This morning I am sketching across the table from my daughter Ali.  She creates the most gorgeous custom wedding stationery using her original watercolors on invitations, save the dates, venue maps, menus, signature drinks, seating cards, and whatever else a bride needs.

I am so proud of her, and I chuckle to myself every time I remember her words a few years ago when she was at school at Parsons, “mom, I am not ever going to be a painter!” 🥰
